Jab aap crash diet follow karte hain – jaise sirf fruit juice peena, sirf salads khana ya khana almost bandh kar dena – to shayad aapka weight kam hota dikhe, lekin asal mein jo loss hota hai, wo muscle loss aur nutrient deficiency hota hai, na ki fat loss.


Crash Diet Ka Side Effect

1. Muscle Loss Instead of Fat Loss

Crash diet ke दौरान aapki body ko proper protein aur calories nahi milti. Is wajah se body muscles tod kar energy banati hai. Result?

  • Weakness
  • Thakawat
  • Poor metabolism

2. Body Shape Kharab Ho Jaati Hai

Muscle loss ke wajah se aapki body ka shape बिगड़ जाता hai. Aap “deflated balloon” jaise dikhne lagte ho – loose, weak aur unhealthy.
