Hello Everyone,
So today let’s look into a very basic question which comes in our mind every time. Why should we become fit? Hope this explanation helps you to make up your mind and you are able to kick start your fitness journey. Thanks….
A healthy lifestyle gives you a longer and happier life. With the increase life-style diseases in countries like India, one out of every four people is at risk of dying from non-communicable diseases, such as diabetes, cardio-vascular ailments or cancer before the age of Seventy. Adopting bad habits such as poor diet, lack of exercise, irregular sleep pattern and resorting to excessive smoking or alcohol use might put you in more chronic health conditions.. A healthy lifestyle controls the risk of many diseases and helps to keep you fit.
Exercise releases the endorphins hormone in the brain which helps you feel composed while physical activity helps to relax the muscles and relieve tension in your body. Since the body and mind are so closely linked, when your body feels better so, too will your mind.
Every shape is beautiful but getting fitter will bring forward a better version of you. It can help you look better in your clothes, whether its padding out certain areas or sucking in others.
In addition, leading a healthy lifestyle can also improve the appearance of your skin texture, teeth and nails and gives you that certain glow which makes you look great and confident and full of energy!
We all need to do our best to walk the talk. lf we want our kids to eat healthy and do exercise, we have got to be the role model of that behavior. No one is fully perfect in this world, but if you are determined and persistent, there is not much that can stop you.
if you’re not in good health:
What’s the point of putting all the hard labor in our jobs and save every penny, if we are unable to put good use to it and spend quality time with our near and loved ones.
Thank You
