Fitness journey ek roller-coaster hai. Sabse bada confusion tab hota hai jab weight scale ka number same rehta hai, par mirror mein body badalti dikh rahi hoti hai. Log sochte hain – “Mera weight kam kyun nahi ho raha?”
Truth yeh hai ki scale sirf ek number hai, transformation usse bahut zyada hai. Real magic hota hai fat loss + muscle gain ke combination mein.
Sabse bada myth hai ki weight kam hona hi success hai. Lekin asli transformation ka matlab hai:
Ek stage aisa aata hai jab weighing scale stagnant ho jata hai, par body lean aur strong dikhti hai. Yahi hai body recomposition ka magic – aur isi ko samajhna zaroori hai.
👉 Isliye do log same weight pe bhi bilkul alag dikhte hain.
Cardio se calories burn hoti hain, lekin resistance training se body sculpt hoti hai. Agar aapko lean, toned aur strong look chahiye, toh weights uthana hi key hai.
