Rupali Jagbandhu’s Fitness Transformation Journey: From Struggle to Aspiration

My journey is one that many can relate to. It all began in November 2021 when I found FITTR, a community that would soon become the turning point in my life. Here’s a glimpse of what my transformation looked like:

Mute spectator ➡️ engaging a coach ➡️ self-learning ➡️ made it to top 250 twice on my own ➡️ won a beauty pageant ➡️ completed INFS certification ➡️ aspiring to be a FITTR coach 💪

This Transformation Challenge (TC) was particularly special because I decided to be my own guinea pig. The 12-week journey wasn’t just about physical changes but also about pushing my boundaries, embracing discipline, and continually improving.

My Regimen:

– Nutrition:95% on point
– Hydration:3-4 liters of water daily
– Exercise:1 hour of resistance training, 12-15K steps, plus two short cardio sessions weekly
– Sleep:7 hours on most nights

But my worst phase began post-pregnancy, where I almost reached 100kg. I tried every fad diet, from the GM diet to the military diet, and ran endlessly. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t achieve the results I wanted—until I discovered the treasure that is FITTR! My hunger for knowledge and improvement has only grown since then.

Challenges Faced:

Sickness:

I faced four days of illness, which set me back as I missed workouts. I focused on recovery and eased back into my routine once I felt better.

– Mental Health:
To heal from mental trauma, I went on a 3-day meditation retreat. Despite the emotional strain, I continued my workouts, which helped me maintain mental and emotional balance.

Results:

Weight Loss:1kg (from 65kg to 64kg)
– Body Composition:Work in progress
I focused not just on shedding weight but also on preserving and building lean muscle.

What’s Next:

This journey isn’t just about me—it’s about creating a ripple effect in my community. I want to transform lives by sharing my story and insights, helping others achieve their fitness goals. Already, my dad and sister have embraced this lifestyle and are reaping the benefits.

My mission is to promote a fit lifestyle—encouraging people to incorporate exercise, healthy eating, and discipline into their daily lives. This 12-week transformation is proof of what consistency, discipline, and dedication can achieve. Despite the challenges, I remain committed to the fitness grind, eager to help others reach their potential and build a healthier, stronger community.
