Let’s bust the myth right here: one bad week doesn’t undo months of progress. Your past efforts still count. What matters now is how you respond.
Every setback carries a lesson. Use it. Reflect, reset, and realign your habits.
You don’t need to do a 60-minute workout. A short walk, some light stretching, or 15 minutes of home workout can reset your mental and physical state.
