Yeh ek bahut common myth hai jo fitness industry mein ghoomta rehta hai. Lekin sach ye hai ki spot reduction ek myth hai. Matlab, aap sirf ek area par exercise karke uss jagah ka fat kam nahi kar sakte.
Is article mein main aapko detail mein samjhane wali hoon ki belly fat kam karne ke liye kya sahi approach hai aur crunches ki asli role kya hai.
Spot reduction ka matlab hota hai ki aap sirf ek exercise karke ek particular jagah ka fat kam kar lein. Jaise crunches se belly fat ya tricep dips se arm fat.
Reality: Body fat loss ek overall process hai. Jab aap calorie deficit mein aate hain to body stored fat ko har jagah se energy ke roop mein use karti hai – chahe wo belly ho, thighs ho ya arms.
Fat loss ka basic formula hai: Calories In < Calories Out.
Aapko apni daily calorie requirement se kam khana hoga. Tabhi body stored fat ko burn karegi.
Apne meals mein yeh nutrients balance mein rakhein:
Sirf crunches nahi – aapko full-body workouts karne honge.
Crunches ek excellent exercise hai core muscles ko strong banane ke liye, lekin sirf crunches se belly fat kam nahi hota.
