Kiran’s Fitness Transformation

Spread the love
Kiran Vasa went from 100 kg to 74 kg in 1.5 years (May 2021 to Dec. 2022), losing a total of 26 kg and 30+ inches at the age of 44. Prior to starting her fitness journey, she had no lifting experience and had only starved herself to try to lose weight. Kiran had a medical history that included palpitation, low energy levels, PCOD/PCOS, hysterectomy surgery, osteoarthritis, depression, and anxiety.
She initially wanted to only lose weight, but through her fitness journey, she grew mentally, socially, and emotionally. Consistency played a crucial role in her success, and believing in herself helped her overcome obstacles. Kiran’s coach, Rahul Agarwal, provided her with the necessary support and guidance to achieve success in her fitness journey. Kiran encourages others to start their fitness journey not just to look good, but to become role models for their families, friends, and society.
Kiran’s journey highlights the transformative power of consistent efforts towards physical fitness. In addition to weight loss, her journey led to a significant improvement in her overall health and well-being, and her confidence and willpower were strengthened. By focusing on the belief in oneself and persevering through obstacles, Kiran was able to achieve her goals and make positive changes in all aspects of her life.
Kiran’s journey also highlights the importance of having a supportive coach or community when embarking on a fitness journey. Her coach, Rahul Agarwal, provided her with the guidance and motivation she needed to stay on track, and the support of the community helped to keep her accountable and inspired.
As Kiran notes, starting a fitness journey is not just about looking good, but about becoming a positive example for others. By taking the necessary steps towards physical fitness, we can inspire others to do the same and create a ripple effect of positive change in our families, communities, and society.
Finally, Kiran’s story is a reminder that fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, medical history, or experience level. With the right mindset and support, anyone can make positive changes in their physical and mental health. Kiran encourages others to start their own fitness journey, not just for themselves, but also to become role models for their families, friends, and society.
