Being feminine is not about being delicate or fragile. True femininity is about being graceful, confident, and strong — no matter your body type or stage in life.
It’s about owning your strength and celebrating the transformation you’ve gone through. Strength training helped me realize that being a woman isn’t about fitting into a box; it’s about creating your own space, being confident in your own skin, and embracing the power within you.
