In June 2022, I was a size L. Just yesterday, I realized even my XS leggings felt loose, so I decided to try a smaller size. And to my surprise, for the first time ever, I fit into XXS – the smallest size this brand makes.
But here’s the truth: this journey was never about chasing a dress size or obsessing over numbers. It was about showing up every single day, being consistent, and trusting the process.
This is my story—how patience, consistency, and self-belief helped me transform my body and mind.
When most people begin their fitness journey, they often set goals like “I want to fit into size X” or “I want to weigh Y kgs.” But for me, the real motivation was not about shrinking into a label.
Instead, I chose to focus on building habits: eating mindfully, staying active, and keeping a routine even on the toughest days.
Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. There were days of stress, setbacks, and self-doubt. But what mattered was that I kept showing up.
It wasn’t about reaching XXS—it was about proving to myself that when you stay consistent, the results will eventually follow.
Fitting into an XXS size might look like a huge win, but the real victories were smaller:
These small wins add up—and they are far more rewarding than any size tag.
Your body is more than a size or a number on the scale. Focus on how you feel, not just how you look.
Crash diets and quick fixes don’t last. Instead, build habits that you can sustain for life.
Life will throw challenges—work stress, social events, or health issues. What matters is showing up even when it’s tough.
Every healthy choice you make is progress. Celebrate it, because that’s what keeps you motivated.
My journey from size L to XXS was never about the clothes—it was about proving to myself that patience + consistency = results.
So, if you’re on your own fitness journey, remember this: focus on the habits, and the results will follow.
And to anyone reading this—are these little wins and personal stories helpful for you? I’d love to know your thoughts and experiences. 🌸
