Every transformation has a beginning, and mine started with Transformation Challenge 17 (TC17) by FITTR.
I was a regular working mom, juggling two kids, home, responsibilities, and the guilt of putting myself last. I remember scrolling through FITTR success stories and wondering:
“Can someone like me really do this?”
I was 38, inconsistent with workouts, confused about what to eat, and trapped in cycles of emotional eating and unrealistic expectations. There was self-doubt, lack of routine, and zero clarity. But I signed up anyway.
Because deep down, I believed that trying was better than staying stuck.
I didn’t win TC17.
But I won something far more important — awareness.
Here’s what TC17 taught me:
You won’t always feel like doing it. But if you stick to the basics, you’ll progress.
I stopped fearing food and started understanding it. No more crash diets or food guilt.
There were setbacks, plateaus, and moments of doubt. But I kept moving.
By TC20, I wasn’t the same person anymore. I had built better habits, understood macros, stayed consistent with my workouts, and most importantly — trusted the process.
Despite juggling life’s challenges, I made it to the Top 250 among 25,000+ participants. That wasn’t just about weight loss. It was about mental strength, emotional growth, and self-belief.
This achievement wasn’t luck. It came from showing up even on the hardest days.
It wasn’t a fancy plan or fat-burner that got me results. It was the mindset shift:
Once I started treating my fitness like a lifestyle and not a punishment, everything changed.
I used to be the woman who had questions, fears, and lacked structure.
Today, I’m proud to step into TC as a Fittr Coach — guiding others just like I was once guided.
“You don’t need to be ready. You just need to begin.
If I could do it while managing two kids, a family, and a full life — so can you.”
I coach because I’ve been on both sides.
And now, I’m here to empower others to build a body — and life — they’re proud of.
Forget the noise. The internet is full of quick hacks and trending diets.
But transformation boils down to simple, science-based practices:
No extreme diets. Just calorie-controlled meals built on whole foods, protein, fiber, and water.
Strength training > endless cardio. Build muscle, boost metabolism, and move with purpose.
Rest isn’t laziness. It’s where growth happens — physically and mentally.
No shortcut can compensate for a chaotic mind. I include mindfulness, journaling, and boundaries in my routine.
This “back to basics” philosophy is what transformed me — and is the foundation I coach with today.
To anyone reading this and doubting themselves:
You are stronger than you think.
You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be consistent.
The next 4 months can change your life. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You just need to decide to go all in.
And I’ll be here — cheering you on, coaching you through, and helping you win every small battle.
✨ Let’s dominate this Transformation Challenge — together.
If I could do it, you absolutely can too.
You don’t have to give up on yourself because you’re a mom.
You don’t have to be in your 20s to be fit.
And you definitely don’t need permission to prioritize your health.
You just need to start.
