In a world where postpartum recovery is often spoken about in whispers, I stand here as a proud Punjabi mother, fitness coach, and a woman who rebuilt her health from the ground up.
This is not just a transformation story—it is proof that lifestyle, nutrition, and consistency can give you a second life.
From a 25-year-old battling severe kidney damage postpartum, to a 34-year-old with visible abs, renewed health, and a thriving career in fitness—this is my journey.
Pregnancy and childbirth change a woman’s life—but sometimes, the change is far more serious than expected.
After delivering my son nine years ago, instead of celebrating new motherhood, I found myself fighting:
I was only 25, but my body felt decades older. Doctors warned me that my kidneys were struggling to function normally. My body was inflamed, swollen, and exhausted.
There comes a moment when life gives you a choice—survive or fight back.
I chose to fight.
Between 2020 to 2025, I dedicated myself to learning, healing, and applying science-backed methods to restore my health.
No extremes.
No fad diets.
Just a slow, steady, one-day-at-a-time approach.
Within months, my body responded.
Within years, my life transformed.
One of the biggest victories of my life was seeing my kidney function return to healthy ranges—something I once feared may never happen.
Today, I proudly say:
“Health is freedom—and I am finally free.”
People often ask me,
“How did you get abs after kidney damage and pregnancy?”
The truth is simple:
No crash diets.
No shortcuts.
Just science, structure, and self-belief.
I am stronger today at 34 than I ever was at 25.
I owe a huge part of my transformation to this incredible platform that guided me, trained me, and eventually helped me build a career.
Today I am proud to be:
Helping others heal is the most beautiful gift fitness has given me.
Every single day, I take one step toward a stronger me—and that is enough.
If you are struggling with weight, postpartum complications, kidney issues, or chronic fatigue…
If you feel like your body has given up on you…
Please know this:
Your body can heal.
Your strength can return.
Your life can restart.
I am living proof.
“If I can build abs after postpartum kidney damage… if I can rebuild my life at 34… you can too.
Don’t wait for the perfect moment.
Take the first step today.
One day at a time—your comeback begins.”
