When people look at my transformation pictures, they often say,
“Wow, what a physical change!”
But the truth is — my transformation has been so much more.
It has been a journey of mental strength, emotional healing, self-belief, and learning to choose myself after years of putting everyone else first.
Today at 44, I stand stronger and freer than I ever was at 30 or 36.
This article is my story — raw, honest, and real — and I hope it inspires every woman who feels she is “too late” to begin.
For most of my life, I lived fulfilling roles — mother, wife, daughter, professional — but somewhere in between, Shailly got lost.
Health, fitness, mental space, self-love… everything went to the last position.
But deep inside, I knew I wanted more.
I wanted to feel strong again.
I wanted to reclaim myself — not just physically, but emotionally.
Things truly began to change last year when I enrolled under Coach Sarina Pani.
And let me tell you — Sarina did not just coach me.
She transformed me.
Day by day, week by week, she shifted not just my habits but my mindset.
Sarina is the one who told me —
“Shailly, you are meant to coach. Go for the INFS Diploma.”
Her words changed my life.
I studied, worked hard, learned the science behind fitness and nutrition, and finally became INFS Certified.
That certificate wasn’t just a qualification… it was a new identity.
Today, I proudly say:
I am a Fitness and Transformation Coach.
Yes, my body changed — I became leaner, stronger, more athletic — but the biggest change happened inside.
Fitness for me is no longer a “phase” — it is my identity, my lifestyle, and my purpose.
A heartfelt thank you to Coach Sarina Pani —
for guiding me, pushing me, educating me, and believing in the version of me that I couldn’t yet see.
And an equally big thank you to
Jitendra Chouksey, the visionary who created this incredible platform.
This community gave me space to grow, learn, transform, and step into my second innings with pride.
If there is one thing I have learned in this journey, it is this:
You are never too late, too old, or too busy to begin.
Your story can change the moment you decide to take that first imperfect step.
Just start.
Because you deserve to rise.
You deserve to feel strong.
You deserve to choose YOU.
At 44, I am not done.
I am still learning, still evolving, still transforming — and still becoming the best version of myself.
To every woman reading this —
If I can do it at 44, you can too.
Your transformation can begin today.
Just take that first step with courage in your heart.
