Hello everyone!
I’m Preeti Choudhary, and today, I’m opening up about a journey that has not only transformed my body but has also redefined the way I think, feel, and live. This is more than a weight-loss story—it’s a story of reclaiming my power, embracing wellness, and learning to love myself at every stage.
There was a time when I felt constantly tired, mentally drained, and disconnected from my own body. I had tried everything—from fad diets and detox drinks to hours of cardio—but nothing seemed to work sustainably.
What I truly lacked was consistency and clarity. And deep down, I knew that something had to change—not just externally, but from within. That’s when I decided to stop chasing quick fixes and start focusing on long-term wellness.
The biggest shift came when I stopped fearing food and started understanding it. I replaced the guilt associated with eating with the power of knowledge. I learned about macronutrients, balanced meals, and the importance of fueling my body—not starving it.
Under the guidance of my INFS Coach, I adopted a structured plan that was realistic, flexible, and tailored for me. No food group was eliminated. There was no magical pill—just the magic of science-backed nutrition and consistent effort.
I began celebrating small wins—choosing stairs over the elevator, drinking enough water, or completing a 30-minute workout after a long day. Those little victories built my momentum. I stopped obsessing over the weighing scale and started tuning into how I felt—more energetic, more focused, more alive!
I discovered a love for movement—be it strength training, yoga, or even dancing to my favorite tunes. Fitness became fun, not a punishment.
There were tough days—when self-doubt crept in or when I just didn’t feel like pushing through. But I had the incredible support of my coach, my family, and my inner circle. They reminded me of how far I had come, and why giving up was never an option.
Having someone believe in you, even when you struggle to believe in yourself—that makes all the difference. And I’m forever grateful for that.
Yes, I lost weight. Yes, I became stronger.
But the real transformation was in my mindset.
I became patient with myself. I embraced my imperfections. I understood that health isn’t a destination—it’s a lifelong commitment to showing up for yourself, every single day.
Most importantly, I learned to love myself through every stage of this journey. I stopped comparing, started appreciating. That shift changed everything.
To anyone reading this who’s struggling to start, restart, or stay on track—you are not alone. Every step counts, no matter how small. Don’t chase perfection. Chase progress.
Celebrate your journey, your resilience, your wins—because they are yours, and that makes them powerful.
Believe in yourself. Show up, even on hard days. And trust me—change is not just possible, it’s inevitable when you stay consistent.
This is not the end. This is a new beginning.
Fitness is now a part of who I am—not just a phase or a goal, but a lifestyle. And I’m excited for everything that lies ahead.
To all those walking this path with me—let’s keep going.
Let’s grow stronger, together.
With love and gratitude,
Preeti Choudhary
